BUTTERFLY RACE TEAM

Who should take this course?

This course is for Butterfly sailors who race at the yacht club and want to improve their racing skills. The focus will be on strategy, tactics, racing rules of sailing, tuning, boat handling, sailing the racecourse well, starts, regatta preparation, and more. Coach Cappy Capper will be leading this session. Sailors must use their own Butterfly and come with a crew to participate in this course.

Class Day/Time: Monday & Wednesday 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Session 1: June 29 – July 1 & July 6 – July 8

Session 2: July 20 – July 22 & July 27 – July 29

Tuition: $195.00 per boat per session

Butterfly Nationals will be held at Torch Lake this year during the 3rd weekend of July
